How to use The Lanai
Everything is one tap away. Here is a short tour.

Sign in with your email
We send a link. No passwords to remember.

Enter your unit number
We find you in the Ocean Club roster. A steward confirms you.

Tap a big button
Or tap the microphone and just say what you need.

The Home screen
Two large buttons: Ask for help and Offer help. Below them, tiles for every part of the community.

Speak instead of typing
Every box has a microphone button. Tap it, speak, and your words appear.

Ask the Advisor
Tap The Advisor and ask anything, like 'book a table for two tonight'. It suggests places from our directory.

Join a club
Open Clubs, tap a club you like, then tap Join. You will see its events and posts.

Host or join a dinner
Open Neighbors' Table to host a dinner or reserve a seat. Guests share the cost.

Send a request to management or the board
Open Requests and tickets, describe the issue and follow its progress.

Change the language
Tap Español or English at the top of any screen.
